Non polluting, with good hygiene performance, PE-Xc pipes are physically cross-linked using pure PE raw materials and crosslinked through irradiation without adding any chemical crosslinking agents or catalysts. Therefore, the fluid transported by the product will not cause pollution and meets European drinking water standards.
CONTACT USPE-XC pipes are produced using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the raw material, with a small amount of processing aids (such as antioxidants) added. They are extruded into a reference pipe blank, and then the basic pipe blank is subjected to radiation cross-linking treatment through high-energy radiation devices (beta and gamma ray emission devices) to recombine the polyethylene molecule C-C, resulting in a cross-linked network three-dimensional structure cross-linked polyethylene pipe.
